What we love…

• Beef bowls (gyudon) are the food of choice at this fast, and very cheap chain.
• ​The service is quick and the menu comes with pictures of each dish so if you can't speak Japanese you can just point to the items you want to try.
• There's a number of these joints littered around Tokyo and because they're open 24/7 you'll likely find yourself there after a long night at the bar trying to soak up the liquor with a hearty beef bowl and some delightful fried goodness.
