What we love…

• If you dream in feathers, fur, rhinestones, and elaborate headpieces, BrowNY International will definitely have something you'll flip for. Vintage, eccentric costumes, and vintage-rewor by local artists makes up most of the collection here, and because the stock changes from week to week, every time you visit you'll find something new and exciting. 
• Most of what you'll find at BrowNY is wearable art, which makes it a great place to start if you're dressing for a party or music festival.
• This shop has only been around since 08, but the owner has been creating vintage re-work for years, and has even created pieces for Urban Outfitters and Topshop. 
• BrowNY works with a number of talented young designers and sells their pieces in shop. If you can't find the perfect outfit just talk to the owner Julie (she's often there) and she'll have her team custom make what you're looking for in the design studio.
