What we love…

• Clean-lines and uncomplicated styling with plenty of attitude make Skandium one of our favorite interior shops in London. If you're into modern, minimal design, make your way to one of the stores 2 locations for some of the best in furniture, cutlery, fabrics, and interior accessories, all with a distinctly Scandinavian feel. The pieces here are upscale but not stuffy so you get a bit of whimsy and luxury at the same time.
• Despite being very Scandinavian in feel the company is actually a British brand, although the owners are originally from Scandinavia. The owners hail from fashion and design backgrounds, and it's clear from their curated collection that they know a thing or two about great design.
• We loved the furniture selection with its light wood chairs and mod sofas, but the small accessory section is where you'll find items small enough to pack up and bring home with you.
• The shop holds a number of exclusives with awesome interior design labels like Design House Stockholm, Hackman, Jonathan Adler, iittala, Le Klint, and Artek, so you won't find these names in other shops around London.
